Dr. Mohamed completed his graduation in Medicine (MB, B.Ch) from the Faculty of Medicine, Al Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt in 2000. He then completed his Masters in Pediatrics (MSc) from the same institution in 2005. In 2014, Dr. Mohamed became a Member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in the UK, 2014. He is also certified in Advance Pediatric Life Support (APLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).

Dr. Mohamed started his career in his home country, Egypt where he practiced in a number of well-known hospitals for 8 years as a Specialist Pediatrics & Neonatology. Subsequently, Dr. Mohamed moved to Kuwait to practice as a Registrar. He shifted to the UAE and took on the role of Specialist in Pediatrics & Neonatology. He specializes in neonatal procedures, mechanical ventilation as well as the care of very low birth weight babies.
