Burjeel Hospital is in major English news with Prof. Dr. Essam Riad, Consultant – Urology for saving the life of a 58-year-old Emirati man who suffered from Hydronephrosis, a condition caused swelling of the kidney which had stopped working. Dr. Essam successfully removed the non-functioning kidney by a laparoscopic procedure.
